Machine: All base components are made of natural black granite, which effectively guarantees the stability of basic accuracy.

Control software:

The control system is a professional software for PCB drilling based on advanced motion control system with high speed, high accuracy, good stability and low failure rate. The system takes winXP as the operating platform, independent motion controller mode and multi-task working mode. Software interface is humanized, beautiful, powerful and simple to use. Drilling speed and accuracy is not affected by other software. Data editing is separated from machine operation. User rights can be set to restrict various parameters and avoid misoperation. Screen dynamic display, the system real-time detect various system faults, and remind users to troubleshoot. It has the functions of simulate processing and path optimizing. The system supports drilling in various coordinate systems, tool length and broken tool detection, and contains powerful management functions such as tool parameters, tool box settings, broken tool processing, default parameters, etc. It provides rich debugging functions, which can be used for servo, mechanical movement, tool change mode input/output, detection, spindle, processing mode, etc. The debugging is convenient and fast, and the parameters can be saved .The editing software can display and zoom graphics, add or delete record; move, delete, copy or rotate the block; optimize drill board data; detect and delete the repeat holes, etc.
